T&CM Council registration T&CM 局注册
Every practitioner is registered with Malaysia's Traditional and Complementary Medicine Council under the T&CM Act 2016. Their registration number is verifiable through the Council's public register. 每位医师均依 2016 年 T&CM 法令于马来西亚传统与辅助医药局注册，注册号码可于 T&CM 局公开名册查询。
Verified credentials 学历验证
We check each practitioner's TCM degree (typically a 5-year programme from a recognised TCM university), clinical training records, and continuing professional development before they join the platform. 每位医师加入前，我们会验证其中医学历（通常为认可中医大学的五年制课程）、临床训练记录、以及持续进修证明。
Annual re-verification 每年复核
Registration is re-checked annually. If a practitioner's registration lapses or is suspended, they are removed from HansMed immediately. 注册每年复核。若医师注册失效或被暂停，将立即从 HansMed 移除。
Professional indemnity 专业责任保险
All practising practitioners carry professional indemnity insurance, in line with T&CM Council guidance and best practice for telemedicine. 所有执业医师均持有专业责任保险，符合 T&CM 局指引与远程医疗最佳做法。
