How it works 流程

How accurate is the AI?AI 的準確度如何？
AI provides pattern recognition based on TCM principles. Every report is reviewed by a licensed practitioner before reaching you — they catch errors, adjust language, and add clinical context. Yes — you own your data. You can download the report from your portal as a PDF and share it with any healthcare provider. What happens to my tongue photo?我的舌頭照片如何處理？
Encrypted at rest, processed only for your AI report, never used for marketing or shared with third parties (except the AI provider, Anthropic, which doesn't retain images for training). Video consultations with licensed TCM practitioners. Tongue, voice, observation, and detailed history-taking — applied to your concern. How it works 流程
- Book a slot in your portal — choose your preferred language, and (optionally) a specific practitioner. 於入口預約時段 —— 選擇偏好語言，亦可指定中醫師。
- Arrive on time: click the consultation link in your portal at the appointed slot. 準時上線：依約點擊入口的問診連結。
- The practitioner conducts the consultation — typically 15–20 minutes per session. 中醫師進行問診 —— 每次問診通常 15–20 分鐘。
- You receive a written case record + (if applicable) a herbal prescription that goes directly to the partner pharmacy for dispatch. 您收到書面病歷與（如需）藥方；藥方直接送至合作藥房調配出貨。
Pricing 收費
RM 35 per video consultation (random practitioner) — launch promo. RM 55 if you want to choose a specific practitioner. Follow-up consultations are the same price as the initial visit. Will I see in-person consultations later?未來會有親診服務嗎？
Yes — in-person consultations are on our near-term roadmap. We're starting video-only at launch so every patient gets the same quality experience regardless of where they live in Malaysia. When in-person opens, we'll announce locations, pricing, and booking flow ahead of time. For pulse diagnosis (脈診) — one of the four classical TCM methods that needs in-person assessment — your practitioner will note when an in-person visit would meaningfully add to your care.會的 —— 親診服務在我們的短期計劃中。公測期先採視訊問診，確保馬來西亞各地患者皆獲一致的服務品質。親診開放時，我們會提前公告地點、收費與預約流程。脈診（望聞問切四診之一）需親診進行；如您的情況確實需要，醫師會適時建議。
How long is a consultation?問診時長？
Each consultation runs about 15–20 minutes — focused, efficient, and led by a licensed TCM practitioner. If your concern is complex and needs more time, the practitioner may suggest extending the session or booking a follow-up.每次問診約 15–20 分鐘 —— 專注、高效，由持牌中醫師親自進行。若情況較複雜需要更多時間，醫師會建議延長時段或預約複診。
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?如需取消或改期？
Cancellation more than 24 hours before the appointment: full refund. Within 24 hours but more than 2 hours: 50% refund. Within 2 hours or no-show: no refund (the practitioner's time is reserved). You can reschedule up to twice per appointment without penalty if more than 24 hours out.問診時間 24 小時前取消：全額退款。24 小時內、2 小時前取消：退款 50%。2 小時內或未出席：不予退款（醫師時段已預留）。問診時間 24 小時前可免費改期，每次預約最多兩次。
Can I bring previous medical reports?可以提供過往醫療報告嗎？
Yes — and we encourage it. Upload them to your portal before the appointment so the practitioner can review them in advance. Recent blood tests, imaging, and any current Western prescriptions are especially helpful for context.可以 —— 並鼓勵您這樣做。請於問診前上傳至入口，讓醫師預先審閱。近期的血液檢查、影像報告，以及目前服用的西藥資訊特別有助於了解整體情況。

Two paths: prescription-linked orders dispensed exactly as your practitioner specified, and over-the-counter herbal supplements for everyday wellness. Both sourced from verified Malaysian and international suppliers. 兩種選擇：依您的醫師處方精確調配的藥方，以及日常養生的非處方草本補充品。皆來自馬來西亞與國際認證供應商。
How it works 流程
- Browse the OTC catalogue OR receive a practitioner prescription that lands in your portal. 瀏覽非處方目錄，或接收醫師寄至入口的處方。
- Our partner pharmacist double-checks every prescription order against the practitioner's notes before dispensing. 合作藥師於配藥前再次核對處方與醫師註記。
- Delivery to your door — Klang Valley same-day or next-day, rest of Peninsular Malaysia 2–3 days. 送上門 —— 巴生谷當日或翌日達，西馬其他地區 2–3 天。
Pricing 收費
Prescription orders are priced per ingredient — total shown at checkout. Prices vary by prescription; speak to your practitioner during your consultation for an estimate before ordering. OTC catalogue and delivery fees calculated at checkout. 處方藥按單味計價，結帳時顯示總額。收費依處方而定；如需了解大致費用，可於問診時與中醫師討論。非處方目錄與配送費於結帳時計算。

Are these herbs safe to take with Western medication?中藥可以與西藥同時服用嗎？
Always tell your practitioner about every Western medication and supplement you take — interactions exist for some herb-drug combinations and we flag the known ones. If your practitioner has any concern, they will adjust the prescription or recommend timing the doses apart.請務必告知中醫師您正在服用的所有西藥與補充品 —— 部分中藥與西藥之間有交互作用，我們會標示已知者。如醫師有疑慮，會調整處方或建議錯開服用時間。
How do I take prescribed herbs?處方藥材如何服用？
Instructions are printed on every pouch (cooking method, dose, timing). A short video guide is in your portal under the prescription record. If anything is unclear, message us on WhatsApp — usually a same-day reply.每包藥材都印有服用說明（煎煮方法、劑量、時間）。入口的處方記錄下亦附短片指引。如有疑問，可 WhatsApp 聯絡我們，通常當日即可回覆。
How should I store the herbs?藥材如何保存？
Cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the original sealed packaging until use. Specific storage notes for any unusual ingredients are printed on the prescription label.陰涼乾燥處，避免陽光直射。使用前保留原包裝密封。如含特殊成分，會於處方標籤上註明專屬保存方式。
Can I return herbs?藥材可以退貨嗎？
Dispensed prescription herbs cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons (per Section 9 of our Terms of Service). Sealed OTC products in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund minus return shipping.已調配的處方藥材基於安全與衛生理由不可退貨（依服務條款第 9 條）。未拆封的非處方產品於收貨後 7 日內可退貨，退款扣除回程運費。

Are HansMed practitioners properly licensed?HansMed 的中醫師都有合法執照嗎？
Yes — every practitioner on HansMed is registered with Malaysia's Traditional and Complementary Medicine Council (T&CM Council) under the T&CM Act 2016. Licensing is verified before they join the platform and re-checked annually.是的 —— HansMed 所有中醫師均於馬來西亞傳統與輔助醫藥局（T&CM Council）註冊（依 2016 年 T&CM 法令）。執照在加入平台前驗證，並每年複核。
How is my data protected?我的資料如何受保護？
Fully PDPA 2010 compliant. Encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Explicit consent before any AI processing. You can export or delete your data from your portal at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.完全符合 2010 年個人資料保護法。傳輸（HTTPS）與儲存皆加密。AI 處理前必須取得明確同意。您可隨時於入口匯出或刪除個人資料。詳見隱私政策。
Do you accept insurance?你們接受保險嗎？
Not yet. We're working on partnerships with major Malaysian insurers. For now, payments are out-of-pocket via Stripe (cards, FPX, e-wallets). You'll receive an itemized invoice for any reimbursement claims.暫時還沒有。我們正在與馬來西亞主要保險公司洽談合作。目前付款方式為自費，透過 Stripe 支援信用卡、FPX、電子錢包。您將收到明細收據可用於報銷申請。
What languages do practitioners speak?中醫師會說哪些語言？
Mandarin, Cantonese, Hokkien, English, and Malay. You can specify your preferred language when booking; we match you with a practitioner accordingly.普通話、廣東話、福建話、英語、馬來語。預約時可指定偏好語言，我們會為您匹配適合的醫師。
Where is HansMed based?HansMed 的地點？
Our team and partner clinics are in the Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas). Video consultations serve patients across Malaysia. Herb delivery covers all of Peninsular Malaysia (East Malaysia coming soon).我們的團隊與合作診所位於巴生谷（吉隆坡及周邊）。視訊問診服務馬來西亞全境患者。藥材配送涵蓋西馬全境（東馬即將推出）。
