How we work to make the HansMed Modern TCM platform usable for everyone.

1. Our commitment · 我们的承诺

HansMed is committed to making our telehealth platform accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our target standard, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing responsibility rather than a one-time project.

汉方致力于让我们的远程医疗平台惠及每一个人，包括残障人士。我们以《网页内容无障碍指南》（WCAG）2.1 AA 级为目标标准，并将无障碍视为一项持续的责任，而非一次性的工程。

2. Steps we take · 我们采取的措施

• Semantic HTML structure with proper headings and landmarks, so screen readers can navigate each page.
• 采用语义化 HTML 结构，配以正确的标题与地标，便于屏幕阅读器导航。
• Full keyboard navigation, including a visible “skip to main content” link and clear focus styles.
• 支持完整的键盘操作，包括可见的「跳至主要内容」链接与清晰的聚焦样式。
• Colour choices checked for sufficient contrast between text and background.
• 检查文字与背景之间的色彩对比度，确保足够清晰。
• Descriptive alt text for images and icons that carry meaning.
• 为具信息意义的图像与图标提供描述性替代文字（alt）。
• Bilingual English · 中文 labels throughout, so content is available in both languages.
• 全站提供 English · 中文 双语标签，内容以两种语言呈现。
• Responsive layouts that adapt to different screen sizes and support browser zoom.
• 采用响应式布局，适应不同屏幕尺寸并支持浏览器缩放。

3. Known limitations · 已知限制

We are honest about where we still fall short, and are actively working to improve:

• Some embedded third-party video (for example, hosted players) may not fully conform to our accessibility target.
• 部分嵌入的第三方视频（例如托管播放器）可能未完全符合我们的无障碍目标。
• Certain downloadable PDF documents may not yet be fully tagged for screen readers.
• 某些可下载的 PDF 文件可能尚未完全为屏幕阅读器添加标签。
• Some older content is still being reviewed and updated as part of our ongoing work.
• 部分较旧的内容仍在持续审核与更新中。

4. How to report a barrier or get help · 如何反馈障碍或寻求协助
